Refinance my Tesla loan on a business-titled Model X? Who is offering the best rates?

My 2018 Model X was bought in my company's name, and financed by Tesla via US Bank at 4%, I want to refinance the loan given the current lower rates. Any pointers on which bank/credit union would offer a refinance loan on a business-titled Tesla with the best rate? I am in the Bay Area, FYI.

Digital Federal Credit Union (dcu.org) has rates as low as 1.24% for EVs right now (EVs get .25% lower rate than the standard rate). They have the same rates for new, used, and refinance.

I've been with DCU for nearly 25 years, and have had multiple car loans and mortgages with them. They have always been excellent to deal with, even though I'm no longer near a branch.

Are you sure they finance business-titled loans? I've been with DCU as well for nearly 20yrs now.. they are awesome. However, they don't do business-titled loans, apparently. They were the first ones I checked with in December last year.
