Refresh B Pillar Seatbelt Tensioner Noise on Rough Roads

Has anyone figured out an easy way to dampen the noise from inside the B Pillar where the seatbelt height adjuster is?

The service manual is showing that you have to remove the sill plate and lower b-pillar trim before you can remove the upper b-pillar trim.

If there's a way to just put some felt tape on key spots and avoid removing those other pieces, it will have less of a risk of other things breaking.
