What do they look like? I posted pictures just now of the mats, I can measure them out quick.
Just does the Santa music stuff outside, no Christmas mode sadly.

The model s refresh has carpet everywhere and not that plastic near door entrances and rear seats/ trunk area. I wish they would of done the same for the x
Okay after a restart it seems to be working for my phone now, but I have to hover my phone over the door for a few seconds. Honestly easier to just press the button. Key fob works very well for self presenting but I'm not carrying around a fob.
They took out the mat that was in the second and third row? How cheap of them. Does both of your FWD's have the Model X logo on it?

The fit doesnt seem quite as snug as what came with my 2017 X too. These totally look like generic mats that they threw in last minute. The stitching on the edges is... weird - not as pretty as their old OEM mats.
Very disappointing to hear they do not exist in the 2nd row... I will end up having to buy one

Compared to 2017 X... I can't believe there is no mat in the back seat area? (maybe this is a 6 seater issue, our 2017 five seater definitely has a mat in the back seat area and NO mat in the trunk / frunk areas.)
Perhaps you can double check this with the delivery center for yourself... Perhaps they were just out of stock and did not include the back seat mat for you....
Could I get a picture? Just curious, of the back mats too if possible.

Did you ask TESLA rep about the mats for 2nd /3rd row? I never had a new car w/o mats.
Just wondering. So there was no SA there to present you the car and give you tips or answer any questions you may have? This will be my first Tesla so I have no experience in the process of picking up the car. Thank you!
There was but they were absolutely clueless and couldn't even help with my key fob. Luckily I had small screwdrivers in my 3 to help pop the battery.
I'll call and ask. It does seem like a mat might not work with the moving captain chairs, curious what older 6 seat models had.
Wow no sunshade and now no rear floor mats? On previous cars the mats basically cover everything excluding the part where the posts slide.
