Tesla's Chicago Grand Ave delivery center has a Black 7 seat white interior in the show room. You can look but you can't touch. VIN was 2022. Almost my config with the addition of the extra seat. If they offered me the fobs today I would have taken it

Not sure, it's been there for a few days now. My guess it's a delivery?

I will say that at least the contact I've been reaching out to in Eden Prairie at least responsive and local, even if he can rarely shed any light or any firm commitments.
Up until about 3 weeks ago, he remained steadfast that I'd see a car in year..

I notice that all the VINNers got their VIN when they are not actively refreshing their account page. It just happened when you least expect it.

Viner here Got a text from my SA today. 7SAXCBE50NF3292xx. Ordered LR MSM/black 7 seat 20” on 1/14/21. Upgraded to 6 seat on 10/17/21. Called the same person in Fremont (who offered the 6 seat) to change the ext color to red on 10/31/21 (additional $1k). Burbank, CA

Agreed. I want my car I ordered nearly a year ago a lot. But it’s not worth a few days earlier at the expense of someone in a factory of service center working holidays.
I'm fine with it as long as it doesn't turn into the same "two weeks" as last year. I was wondering from the latest couple of videos if they already were slowing down. Of course, it's also a matter of timing when the drones are up.
