Wow I can’t freaking believe it. After almost a year of waiting and 218 comments in this waiting room, finally a VINner!

Order 20 Feb ‘21
Black/Black 20’s FSD Plaid
7SAXCBE66NF3322XX

Oh and after checking my app and page about ten thousand times, I found out by text message first.
So happy to see early 2021 order dates getting their cars. Feels like justice is served and so satisfying.

Picked up my MXP yesterday. Condensation in the driver side tail light. Droplets, not fog. Will probably need to be replaced. Tiny dent behind passenger side FWD. Little white piece sticking out from one of the rear articulation points on passenger side FWD. The FWD’s work flawlessly.

The car is amazing. Never drove an X before this. Blown away. The X is for my wife. I currently have a MYP. After driving the X, I decided to keep my LR order, so hopefully we will eventually be a double X family ( I will take the Plaid). I hope everyone gets their cars ASAP.

This is probably my favorite review so far! Yet I couldn't help but to be a little irked by the fact that I should have my own by now hah.

A few interesting times from this video I wanted to point out.
- 7:30, 9:08 - "it looks just like a Tesla Model Y. I think its lacking a bit of identity" - I absolutely agree. To the untrained eye from the exterior it is difficult to tell the X from the Y yet the X is almost double the cost. To the trained eye (us) yes it is obviously worth the extra $.
- 12:24 - "there was more design to the doors in the previous Model X"
- 14:30 - Fit and finish issues. Just pointing this out 🤷‍♂️
With regards to lacking identity, it's like just about ANY manufacturer these days - BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Volvo, Chevy, etc, etc. They all have vehicles that look very similar as a part of "corporate identity". That said, it's not that difficult to distinguish the cars.

Fit and finish, however, is going to be what keeps me awake the night before delivery.

Overall, I think it was a fair assessment of the Model X, although I think a long term test drive over the course of a few months would show more issues.

Ok fine “one” early 2021 order date delivery is nice to see, I’ll clarify. True, a majority of us who ordered earlier haven’t still but way better reading his posts than the kick-in-the-nuts VIN posts from people who ordered in say October.
Sadly, we have some 2020 orders still unfulfilled. Those folks have it harder than us.

Just became a vinner- north NJ order date of 1/29/21

MSM, original 6 seater, black interior. 20inch, FSD added before the increase

Wow, a post refresh order date with the first $10K increase and still a 2021 VIN? Must be one of the ones in the lot in flyovers since late Oct/early Nov. Besides a 2021 VIN with Feb. 2022 delivery, its been out in the sun for 90 days straight. Unknown battery SOC all this time. Watch that interior deteriorate earlier (in the years ahead) than most cars that have been cared for.

As much as I want my LR 7 Seats, no way I would accept that delivery.

Yeah I would personally refuse a 2021 VIN in February 2022 myself. Losing a lot of model year value due to that (yes it does matter for resale).

Same here… I would be pissed beyond pissisivity if Tesla pulled this crap with me…. Make me wait until Feb-Mar and then give me a dusty old car that’s been sitting in the sun since before Nov…. I would absolutely tell them to shove it up their keister…..I’m already on edge with this damn company in case you can’t tell lol.
