refreshed model s with screen swivel

information reveals Tesla will roll out screen swivel to new model s in near future. The question is: will tesla offer this to existing refreshed model s owners? If so, how much would Tesla charge to the existing owners.

I felt this should be free to existing refreshed model owner as Tesla had messed up the feature during initial release which supposed to be included in all refreshed model s.

The hardware is already there. The only thing that was missing as of a few months ago was the two drive motors.

Do you know if it is possible to remove this screen and manually adju and lock into position facing the driver? From reviewing the Munro Live tear down of the MS Instrument panel, it looks feasible. What are your thoughts?
