Whats the approximate VIN start range for cars that are part of the refreshed motors and dampers?

And is there still no user review / first hand of these changes, other than the sponsored road trip which had little details other than range?

I don't think anyone has the car yet. I ordered 3 weeks ago and still don't have a VIN....

I was just told by a sales person in the Denver store that the changes start with VIN 310000.

I see some inventory cars here in Norway having VIN 3094xx etc. They have AP4/HW3, CH09 option code (should indicate CCS readiness), and the spec sheet says "Long Range", which slightly older vins do not show.

I wonder it they have some of the new stuff but not motors / dampers?
