Have you had any updates since receiving your S?
The tech compared mine and @Spyderman09 's firmwares and said that I'm stuck on the Factory firmware and there's nothing he can do to get me off it. He said that once I'm off the factory firmware he can push whatever.

Additionally, the official Model S refresh user manual is keyed to version 2021.32, and has been for a week or more.
I went from 2021.12.25.5 to 2021.24.3 and then 2021.24.4
Now looks like I'm officially the only guy on TeslaFi with a refresh who's still on .24.4

For me (2021.11.102) if I try to browse the owners manual it'll crash, but if I open it and search for something specific, it works fine.

What fixed this for you and what version were you on when this happened?
I’m on 2021.12.4.9 and I’ve been getting “park assist unavailable” all night.

I'm glad that 2021.32.5 fixed a LOT of Bluetooth sound glitches from my iPhone 12 Pro Max. On 2021.12.x.x it was really glitchy at times, with some pops/clicks/glitches fairly regularly with music. Rebooting it did nothing, - same with rebooting my phone. Only 32.5 fixed it.
This software is such garbage lol, and so is the FSD. The limited gimmick features on FSD don’t work because, I suspect, the software hasn’t updated.

Just got an alert that 2021.32.10 was available to download. Fingers crossed that I get a working SiriusXM.

Lucky for you guys, nothing here still, maps still aren’t updated and now I’m at work, also connected to wifi and charging
