Question...i don't see the option to turn on active road noise reduction. I thought it was under audio-options?

@Atomadam No, it shouldn't be. You’re in the Tesla EAP; that has already been established.should be!
It looks like only the Early Access Program Program people got it. Hopefully it will be in the next update for everyone else.FINALLY got the update as well!

But don’t touch those metal scroll wheels. Freezing!Boy the heated Yoke steering felt so good this cold morning! I like the voice commands to execute different actions.
If anyone can tell us that, can you also tell me the upcoming lottery numbers. Thanks.Any ideas as to when we will get a new firmware update to enable some of the new functionalities of of great MS-LR & Plain cars? I would like to see the cabin noise cancellation first.
Defrosting windshield or hatch glass? Neither of your images load beyond the thumbnail.Still waiting for FSD 10.5... Bleh. Hopefully 10.6 in the next few days will include the 2021.40 branch.
Does the 2021.40 branch contain Tidal and Active Noise Reduction?Still waiting for FSD 10.5... Bleh. Hopefully 10.6 in the next few days will include the 2021.40 branch.
Yes, noDoes the 2021.40 branch contain Tidal and Active Noise Reduction?
Well dang. I previously saw that several people on TMC received updates with the ANR but can't recall which version(s).Yes, no

It'd be so nice if people with EAP would say that whenever they get a feature. Would certainly reduce the amount of confusion. Also, the Tesla fan sites aren't helping, by making blanket statements like "2021.40.6 includes Active Road Noise Reduction."They were EAP testers with early release software.
I don't think this will actually quell confusion, and seeks to put the onus on those in EAP to actually know what is an EAP feature ...It'd be so nice if people with EAP would say that whenever they get a feature. Fair enough. The onus really should be on Tesla to state in the patch notes, but they may not know since they can pull something at the last moment before wide release.I don't think this will actually quell confusion, and seeks to put the onus on those in EAP to actually know what is an EAP feature ...
I'm in EAP, but am given no indication that the software I get has EAP-only features. I think I was one of the first (at least, to post screenshots) with waypoints, which was widely available with the rollout of 40.5, but ARNR appears EAP-only with 40.6 - both screenshots looked exactly the same to me and neither feature suggested EAP-only access.
Only after an update is rolled out could this or any group compare to confirm it's EAP only. While you might say it will help the forum members distinguish, in this thread alone (and across the site), we know there are folks that don't actually read the thread before posting, so I don't think it'll do much there.
I'm happy to note I'm in EAP when I provide screenshots, but I'm not going to know if a feature is EAP-only. People are still going to end up confused.
Completely agree. The ones rolling out the software may not even know what's EAP!Fair enough. The onus really should be on Tesla to state in the patch notes, but they may not know since they can pull something at the last moment before wide release.
