Vehicle must be owned less than 24 months, driven less than 18k miles.

Beyond that you're entitled to a refund or replacement IF:

A brake or steering failure happens and isn't corrected after 1 attempt AND causes the vehicle to fail state inspection (not applicable here)

or

A single problem that significantly impairs use and value of vehicle that isn't corrected in 4 attempts (only 2 so far from description)

or

Any number of problems that cause the vehicle to be out of service for a total of 30 days or more (unclear if applies here)

Welcome to TMC, OP (original poster) The answer to your thread question has already been given a couple times (there is a lemon law, but you cant just get a new one like you can get a new jacket from a retail store).

(Moderator note)

Since the thread question has been answered in full, with @Knightshade providing the Lemon Law requirements for the state the OP of this thread states they are in, I will be closing this thread.

OP, if you want to open up another thread to discuss in detail what is going on, please feel free to open a new thread to discuss that.
