Question is that when I fill in information of registration for the order, for "Vehicle Owner", do I choose "Myself and another individual" if we want the title under my name "OR" my spouse' name in California? Thanks.
If you want the registration/title under one person, only fill in one person for the order. If you use you and your spouse, you'll both be on the title/registration. Keep in mind if you apply for lease/financing the credit report will be only on the one person, so make sure that person will qualify.
Also live in Ca. Our sales order and registration includes both "my name OR my wife's name" on the registration. That way, either of you are capable of transferring or selling the vehicle. It's a hassle to sell a car if your name isn't on the DMV registration.

Howdy, even thou we filled our the sales info with "OR" Tesla submitted the registration with only one name on the title. AAA was able to handle the corrected title, so no goin to the DMV. Hopefully you won't go thru this problem.
