1. Has anyone rejected a car because it was poor quality, had missing features, etc?
2. If so, what is typical turnaround time to get the second vehicle? A few weeks, months? Do you go to back of the list or mid list or next available with similar specs?
3. Of you are trading in a car, are you still expected to trade it in even tough your rejected the Tesla? If so, do they try to get you another one sooner rather than later?
4. Are you pretty much mandated to take the next car or do you still have flexibility to reject that too if there are many issues?
