Release notes not showing up

I have a late 2016 Model S and I received the latest 2019.24.4 update. After this (and the previous update), the "What's new in this release" window and similarly the "Release Notes" window shows up blank. Anyone else having this happen ? It's not a huge problem but just seems like somethings not right if the release notes can be displayed. Thanks!

The release notes leverage the car's web browser which isn't the greatest. Try again to pull up the release notes and wait long enough...eventually they will render.

Works best when the car is connected to wifi.

Re-boot the main screen and the notes will show up.

Thank you ! I'll have to give the suggestions a try. The situation is frustrating because my 2016 MX shows the notes just fine (parked right next to the S, same WiFi).

This has been happening to me for awhile as well. 2014 P85. Reboot didn’t fix. I’ll try fiddling with the browser.

my early 2016 90D shows it when connected to LTE or wi-fi.

Same here, no release notes on 2017 Model S for the past few months. I've tried rebooting the screens and I'm on a good wifi.

Well it’s about time my Chinese keyboard was improved!

The pop-up "what's new" window after a software install has been blank for several software versions for me (MCU1, WIFI in garage at home), however if I click on the Tesla "T" logo and then click on release notes link, it opens right up.

One tip I've seen is to turn off traffic on the navigation screen...
