While SpaceX's first Dragon capsule successfully docked with the International Space Station, 400km above the Earth (3/3/2019) I made another down-to-earth experiment:
My wife, who is now traveling overseas, used her cell phone- remotely from a distance of 12,000km (as the crow flies) - and opened my Model-3 trunk and opened/closed the car doors, all instantaneously.
Both feats are amazing! The people around her over there, as well as I here in California, are awestruck!
