We picked up our MY last week and are unable to access live video. I’ve seen other posts about access issues with older software when it first came out, but we have the latest software (2022.24.8) and iPhone app (4.12.1-1271), so would have thought this should be available.
I have the sentry mode toggle selected on, but there is no option to ‘View Live Camera in Mobile App’, and in the app just says ‘Activate surveillance’.
We have premium connectivity.
Also don’t seem to be getting sentry mode notifications.
Anyone able to advise?
