Remote Sentry View

Hi,
We picked up our MY last week and are unable to access live video. I’ve seen other posts about access issues with older software when it first came out, but we have the latest software (2022.24.8) and iPhone app (4.12.1-1271), so would have thought this should be available.
I have the sentry mode toggle selected on, but there is no option to ‘View Live Camera in Mobile App’, and in the app just says ‘Activate surveillance’.
We have premium connectivity.
Also don’t seem to be getting sentry mode notifications.
Anyone able to advise?

Were you able to get this working at all?

After a recent app/system update my sentry mode cameras stopped working when trying to do live view in the app as well.
Not sure why and not been able to get it back...

It turned up after a few more software updates (not sure what version, but it was later than what release notes posted elsewhere suggested).
It’s been working for us since then with each subsequent update, though not getting notifications of events so would only be looking at footage stored after the event)

i'm having this issue too - have had the M3 SR+ now for a few months, first month or two no problems at all viewing live in app but now the option just isn't there, despite enabling mobile access from the Tesla screen. I've raised a service request

since you mentioned it worked for the first month or two..did you subscribe to premium connectivity?

Haha yes I worked out that I had it because I had a free trial of premium connectivity. Didn’t realise the live sentry view is only possible with PC
