Removing interior pieces advice?

I dislike the brushed silver pieces in the Roadster. My first upgrade was to replace the sills, my second was to replace the door pull covers. These two silver items - the gear selector button surround and the parking brake escutcheon - still bother me, but as there's nothing available to replace them with, I'm considering wrapping them with CF pattern vinyl. I'd prefer to remove them before wrapping to get a cleaner finish, but don't know how:

Any advice on removal and replacement would be appreciated.
