Removing MYP Rear Spoiler

Has anyone successfully removed the spoiler from their MYP? I've seen one or two tips about using a heat gun and maybe some dental floss, but I am curious if anoyne has actually done this, and if it is possible without damaging the paint or leaving any residue. I don't care for the look of the spoiler, but I don't want any gunk leftover if I remove it.

Heat, fishing line (dental floss will break), and goo gone... Easiest job ever

Hair dryer, not a heat gun. Sounds like you dont have much experience doing things to cars so you dont want to overheat anything. As already stated dental floss will break in about 2 seconds. Use some 12lb test mono or stronger.
