In the center an LCD shows range of 120 miles and a message reading "All systems nominal". We are in the future.

120 miles of range, welcome to the EV1 of 1999. $500K+ and it can't beat a P85D. Buy a Factory Five kit car, give it to John Wayland or John Metric, and they'll build you a faster car with similar range for a lot less. I'm sorry but I don't see the point of this car.

at CES 2015 interview with the verge they printout unlike todays electric cars you carn't race them around a track, only maybe for 1 or 2 laps and thats it and this car is made for the track at full speeds, 6 or 7 laps should be ok then you can pull off and quick charge it.
