Rent Tesla and go abroad

Hi all,

I drive a M3LR and want to go to Paris for 3 days but my employer doesn't allow me to take the car there.

I am now looking to hire a car. I know I can get any old car but it doesn't feel right, would prefer a Tesla.

Any idea where I can rent one without signing my life away?

You'd have to check costs but if Co will let you leave your car at this side of the Chunnel then renting in Calais may be worth looking at. I’ve had an Enterprise S loaner when my S has been on the shop so know they can do Tesla's but likely needs pre-booking. Obvious advantage of being LHD and crossing savings.

I’ve hired Tesla from ufodrive before. Good service and fairly sure you can take them abroad.

Is it a case of the company won’t allow you to take the car - or the company’s insurance won’t cover it? If it’s the later you can prob get temp insurance cover for your trip.
