Tesla Motors Club

Got a call yesterday about my upcoming service appointment @ the Renton, WA service center. They informed me Renton is light service only now and they needed to reschedule my Monday appt to Seattle. The problems I listed:
1. Crunching sound for past few months when making sharp right turn at angle
2. Charge port not opening and part of light now purple- (attempted to fix 3x in past)
3. Navigation spinning
