My car has the "rusty rear hatch strut" problem; I opened a service ticket and it was summarily shut with "Struts are expected to rust" response.
Am I going to get blacklisted with Tesla if I reopen the service ticket?
My feeling about this particular issue is that it is a safety issue, it poses a threat to the body aluminum (galvanic corrosion) and it is a result of a parts defect in the original part.
Not super happy about getting "not bug won't fix" from Tesla...
