Repair costs for Tesla's

On Twitter recently I have been reading tweets about just how expensive it is to repair a #Tesla MS. However, I've have seen replies that costs seem to be inline with other Aluminium luxury cars. Has anyone any experience with this?

I've had a quote for some minor bodywork repairs from Bodytechnics (who are TM's approved bodywork partner in the UK). It seemed perfectly reasonable to me, and definitely no more than I'd expect from an aluminium bodied Audi for example.

The reality is that repairing just about anything these days is really expensive. You can write off a 2-year old Prius just by putting a decent sized dent into the side of it.
