The side trim piece adjacent to the rear-seat back rest and the door opening, comes to a bit of a "point" about halfway up. On my car, it's gotten abraded to the point that the black surface has worn away and exposed the white material underneath. (Incidentally I'm not real thrilled about the inner surface used... it seems a bit fragile). (this really needs a pic... I'll try and snap one) Has anybody else experienced this? Better yet, has anybody replaced or repaired this piece and have any comments on cost/difficulty? Thanks.
Are you referring to the B-pillar? If so, check out this thread: http://www.teslamotorsclub.com/showthread.php/10552-Seat-post-wear
Actually it's the same respective piece but on the C-pillar for me (I should have noted that). Thanks for the lead... it's a long thread but I'll read through it... perhaps there's some insight there.
