I discovered a smudge (or is it a scrape?) on the back of the front passenger seat. I can't feel it with my finger. Any ideas on how to get rid of it?

Actually it's not a smudge but a scratch, the superficial color is removed. Has anyone had any experience in how I can have this repaired?
