Replacement repeater not working for blind spot detection

A mobile service guy just replaced my front right repeater (the one that came with the car wasn't staying fully clipped in.)

The new repeater records video in Tesla Cam, but neither blind spot detection nor Autopilot appear to be using it.

Turning on the right blinker no longer shows a red lane separator and navigate on Autopilot nearly shifted me into another car in that right rear spot.

Also, as a separate issue, the automatic left lane changes keep second guessing themselves. The mobile service guy found the left rear sensor wasn't fully seated, and seated it. This improved left lane changes, but it still doesn't seem to work as well as it had been when the we first got FSD a month ago.

I have an appointment at the service center on the 6th to get it checked out, but was curious if others have had problems like this.
