Replacing MCU Screen on Newly Acquired 2013 P85 Was My EMMC Already Upgraded?

Just bought my car and I have been reading all the threads on upgrading to MCU2 and don’t think it’s practical for a 2013 P85 (I have no self driving, parking sensors etc.). I have a leaking MCU screen and have no choice but to replace it. My MCU1 system does not seem to be lagging at all and am wondering if there is a way to see if the EMMC has already been upgraded? I do not want to take the MCU out to replace the screen and have to do it again when the EMMC fails. Since I am doing this myself, is there anything else that I should replace while it’s out?

your MCU1 doesn't seem to be lagging because you havent played with an MCU2 screen yet. MCU1 was lagging the moment it left the factory floor
I am going to do the EMMC upgrade with a local specialist. I just ordered my new MCU screen to install at the same time and it all should be done by next Friday. Totally understand where you are coming from with the MCU2 speed but I would have no use for the extra features with this particular car. I’m going to upgrade to a P100D in 3 years anyway. Thanks
