I've been waiting for these rims since June.
It was supposed to have been available by July.
Who told you about the production date?
you think these 'space grey' R241's would be similar in colour to the tesla sport wheels (i.e. the upgrade wheels from tesla)...or maybe these R241's are still not as silver/white as the tesla sport wheels?

The reason I ask is because I'm about to buy a SR+ pearl white and love the look of the Tesla turbines with the pearl white, but hate the price :)

It's not in production yet so I've only seen the pics.
It's space grey so I doubt it would look anything like the Tesla sport rims.
I would have preferred silver as well.
The reason I like these rims is that they have the exact width and offset as the Tesla originals.
Bu now I'm thinking it may be better to have a narrower rim to avoid curb rash. LOL

Several ppl have mentioned the r241's bore fit very tight on the hub (both going on and off is very hard)
Can anyone else with replika's comment on the bore fitting?

Thanks

I personally have not had a chance to take my R241's on or off yet, but the shop who put them on mentioned nothing, nor did the Tesla service ranger who came to lube my brakes ~2 weeks after the R241s we're put on.
