LG Chem 120kWh packs might deserve it's own thread. Brings up lots of questions.
I agree. Brings up the question how applicable this is to Tesla (how much such a pack would weight, how big in volume, cost etc.). From what I can tell Panasonic right now has cells that can make a 90kWh pack for the Model S by swapping cells. If LG Chem has cells more energy dense than that Tesla can switch to them as a supplier.

If however, they are simply talking about making a heavier/larger pack then that's a different story.
 
Leaf does 0-60mph in around 10 seconds as per:

Let's be honest here, the Leaf is underpowered compared to it's EV competition, hell, my Smart ED is faster!

Yeah, there's some silly numbers out there for the leaf from bloggers or unverified sources, but all major reliable testers have clocked the Leaf at about 10 seconds.
