Hello, new to forum. Considering a Model S, probably 70. I know Tesla are not in Republic of Ireland yet. Is there a Tesla dealer in Belfast for Service and repairs please?

Hello Maestroman,

I've had a S 85 in Ireland since July 2014 and I think there are now approx 15 Model S owners in southern Ireland. I can't wait for Tesla to open a Service Centre in Ireland but the number are not great enough to justify opening a Service Centre yet.

Tesla says that stores and service centres are coming soon, but as with anything Tesla says when it comes to timings I'd take it with a grain of salt.

Hi there I am the proud new owner of a Tesla. However having gotten it as far as Dublin I am now struggling to find an insurer who will quote me. Has anyone had any success in this regard. I know Direct Line have set up a specialist desk in the UK but I don't think they cover Rep. of Ireland.
