Yes, it will be okay unless you're running the electric oven and all four burners while charging the car and drying clothes all that the same time, with most lights and appliances and lights on. That assumes there's a 100A breaker in the upstream service panel -- it may be a 125A in which case I know you'll have plenty of room.
Your panel is fine in terms of capacity - the question will be the upstream breaker size in the main panel.
You will need to pull off the front panel and see if there are extra slots for a breaker as Flasher indicated above. Caution, there are live wires behind. You may wish to remove power to this panel first.
