    Hi,
I couldn't help noticing that despite having over 1,000 posts now I still only have one reputation bar - possibly giving me some kind of terrible record for lowest number of reputation points per 1000 posts. I don't take it too seriously but i guess it reflects on the quality of my posts. On the plus side I don't think I've ever had negative points (as far as I can tell). I suppose I'm wondering how many reputation points it takes to get more green bars. I have 57 reputation points currently.

I know what it takes to get two, but I don't know if it is supposed to be a secret?

I find it crazy that when I read this we had exactly the same number of posts.

Wow, that is a weird coincidence.
So since posting this, I've got some charity points - almost up to the next level. Maybe I should have a telethon or something to raise me some more reputation points :)

Thanks everyone who helped me get to the next level. Hopefully no mods dock me points for shamelessly begging :)

Nah, you were pretty subtle about it compared to some I've seen :).

If you ever get embarrassed by how many green bars you've collected, I can offer plenty of advice on how to reduce them three at a time.

Hopefully, you show your appreciation by bestowing reputation points.

Now see, that's the not-so-subtle approach Bonnie was referring to. :)

EDIT: damn, now I see I'm about 10 minutes late to the party.

Krugerrand is keen to offer the "reality" quotient. Which is often lacking, and always necessary.

Currently with one green bar available, it wouldn't be in your best interest to know.

Wow who knew my pitiful question about reputation points would turn into such a fun thread.
Incidentally if someone gives me a point but it is grey in color does that mean a negative point?
