Odd question but when your refund is received, is the reservation removed from your profile ?
My order was fill on the first reservation but for the second reservation which was cancelled in June, 2018, I have not received my refund. Crazy thing is that Tesla said a refund check, that I never received, was mailed and shown as cleared. My profile still shows the reservation and says "your cancellation request has been received", so if someone intercepted the check and was able cash it, I would guess the profile would no longer show the car. Obviously a glitch in their system.
I've email and phoned many times and they always say "we will get back to you in 3 business days"
I finally got through to someone. I received an email saying they cannot credit my credit card because the original transaction was from 2016 and they could only send another check. I asked to please send it registered mail. We shall see...
