Just to be clear, the tax rebate is cancelled, for all parties, if there's a quick resale. Don't know how "quick" is assessed, tho'.

Seems fishy. Tesla explicitly stated that they would not support people selling their reservation to make money. I suppose they may make certain friend and family transfer, but a wholesale trading like on that site is not going to support, and this may be hard to do without Tesla's blessing.

You can of course close the sale and then sell again, but there will be extra taxes and fees with that.
