    hi guys:

I was trying to email my delivery specialist and haven't heard back in a couple weeks. I took into account Thanksgiving but now it's almost 3 weeks later. Anyone have similar experience? after Tesla took my deposit for my Model X order, they have been one of the worst customer service experiences. unreturned phone calls, unanswered emails, no delivery date.

I am debating about not buying the car and losing the deposit. this whole fiasco of communication does not bode well for buying a very expensive car. is there any way to escalate it to some higher up in Tesla?

And if anyone is wondering what location the delivery specialist is from- it's the Paramus route 17 location in Jersey. Please stay away from there if u have to buy a car. i would not recommend it and would discourage anyone from shopping there. been a terrible and frustrating experience.

Who are you emailing there and what email are you sending it to?

My OA responds within a day but my DS has yet to respond from Paramus.

When did you confirm the order?

what is OA? you mean Caitlin Steel? she was the sales person who sold me on the model x.

I emailed them back at their tesla address: nick berardi or [email protected] and before it was david mceachern. man the two haven't replied to my emails. what kind person doesn't reply to their emails? after three week!!

is there is something i am missing- the both of them emailed me to let me know they would be my contact guy and they said if i had questions, to ask them. And of course no response to emails.

do you know who the manager of the store is? I am not asking for much here- just a reply to my email and questions.

That's unfortunate. I'm scheduled to pick up on Dec 13th in Paramus, NJ and my DS has been very responsive throughout the entire process.

I'm in LA and my DS has also been MIA (Brooke galbreath in Centinela location). I entered production 11/18/16 (VIN17xxx) and had requested early Dec delivery when I ordered back in August. Last I heard from Brooke is there would be no problem delivering by mid-Dec supposedly but like everyone else, I am not feeling too confident about that.

Hi - I'm also going to be picking up from LA Centinela. Ordered 11/26...delivery expected 12/24-30. VIN31xxx. I'm at a 50% confidence level as of now since I just ordered and going by the very confident word of my salesperson from Newport Beach.

Cancel your order, that might get a response.

Yeah I am at that point where I might do that. What a load of crap customer service. The whole point of a delivery specialist contacting me was to be able to have a point of contact for me to reach out to. I am extremely disheartened by this experience.

Could you tell me which delivery specialist you have been using? Also any way to reach their manager? Also how have you been in contact- via email or phone calls?

    Chickenlittle-

You should read my post. I have no idea how to reach a supervisor. The Tesla website provides me no info for a supervisor. I am asking for help so I can contact a manager. I have tried to call and email people I have contacts for at Tesla without any luck. I am trying to get help. I know this website isn't the official website. There are fellow tesla purchasers who have an idea who to contact from the Paramus location.

Please send me a PM and I will send you his details. We've been in contact by both email and phone calls. In fact, we had been exchanging multiple emails re: a question I had and he took the initiative to call me directly to address it.

Not sure who the mgr is there.

After a couple emails and phone calls speaking with other DS', my DS finally emailed me and said I'm in the final stages of production with this explanation:

DS: "I want to reiterate that the production process is very fluid and based on how cars are sequenced for production, the time they take in production can vary. Many factors go into the production timing considering each vehicle is a custom build. Certain groups of vehicles that go through production can take longer or shorter than others due to a variety of features and production sequencing. I want to assure you that you will be the first to know once I get the notice from the factory that they have released your vehicle. I am doing all I can within my control to get you behind the wheel as soon as possible, however while your car is in the final stages at the factory, my ability to expedite is limited until the vehicle has been transported."
