hi guys: I was trying to email my delivery specialist and haven't heard back in a couple weeks. I took into account Thanksgiving but now it's almost 3 weeks later. Anyone have similar experience? after Tesla took my deposit for my Model X order, they have been one of the worst customer service experiences. unreturned phone calls, unanswered emails, no delivery date. I am debating about not buying the car and losing the deposit. this whole fiasco of communication does not bode well for buying a very expensive car. is there any way to escalate it to some higher up in Tesla? And if anyone is wondering what location the delivery specialist is from- it's the Paramus route 17 location in Jersey. Please stay away from there if u have to buy a car. i would not recommend it and would discourage anyone from shopping there. been a terrible and frustrating experience.
