once its done correctly? I'd spend the $40 to file in small claims to get my $2k+ back. Zero risk (well, the $40 filing fee) in doing so and high chance you'll win or Tesla will settle out of court. There have been/are more than one lawsuit against tesla for false advertising related topics. I think they just paid out a couple million (small change I get it) this week for such a thing..

and yes...even if you didnt opt out of arbitration, you can still go to small claims

Can you please post your paperwork. I'm trying to get the same thing done and I'm being told my service center in CT that the retrofit doesn't exist.
The service center is correct. An official retrofit does not yet exist. (That isn't saying that it isn't possible for a service center to perform an upgrade using available parts, just like they can upgrade reflector lights to matrix lights, but there is no official retrofit to do that.)

I guess not.
Computer is replaced (not only 16G RAM but also 256G internal storage)
People in SC won’t work on data transfer.
Has anyone actually confirmed 256GB in-built storage? I don’t see that on my 2022. Pretty sure that was nonsense, but feel free to correct me if not.
