If anyone here has dealt with Reus Audio please let them know that not having an e-mail address on their website is a mistake. I'm not sure what they are thinking but I stopped looking at them as soon as I saw that. I'll find another boutique to take my money.

Some people have been upset when there is an email and no phone number - not the case here. And since the website clearly states 'email available upon request', it's not like they're hiding it. Call and ask for it. Perhaps they're just trying to avoid the inevitable spammers that website crawlers pick up (there's a reason moderators ask people here not to post emails). I wouldn't assume the worst. A lot of people here have done business with Reus and I've not seen any negative feedback.
It's just such an odd message to send to potential customers, basically saying "please work harder to try and contact me". I agree phone numbers are great also, but having an e-mail address is just basic Sales 101 at this point. There are many ways to limit spam pick-up from a posted address.

And if their core business were 'website maintenance', I'd agree with you. But it's audio. Maybe cut them a little slack? The site says 'email available on request'. One phone call is not the end of the world.
From the responses here, it appears that their customers have an email address.
