Reverse camera no longer working after annual service

So I just got the car back from Tesla Service in Mt. Kisco NY, only took about 3 days for the service and got a Model S85 loaner in the process!

The reverse camera the previous owner installed no longer works when I shift into reverse. Even pressing the DISP button on the JVC head unit doesn't even bring up the camera manually like it would before. My OVMS also doesn't seem to be working. Anyone experience this before? I have a 1.5/3.0 and the previous owner installed the camera aftermarket.

FYI I ended up paying $713 total with tax, parts, and the service itself.

Yeah I'm hoping this is a minor issue, but I will check my reverse lights and check if they're working. Unfortunately if there is an issue I'm a bit far from Gruber...

Mine seemed to go off when it was sitting outside on a cold night...but it would eventually work a few hours later. Loose harness/wires? Weather? Weird. Now that the SC is reaching out to us roadster owners they might be able to fix it?
