You should be able to get a dent repair service to address the damage. Look for someone with experience with Telsas. I'd try that before a body shop.

We had an unfortunate incident where an unattended Home Depot flatbed cart rolled up against our Model X and put a dent on the rear fender (on the edge). Based on a successful dent repair that a Telsa Ranger arranged for the car (it was delivered with small dimples on the door frame), I contacted a local shop with experience in dealing with Telsas on the mainland (the owner relocated to our island). He was able to repair the dent for $250.
His website and FB page illustrate before and after fixes so you get a sense for the nature of the dents that can be repaired. Of course, check with Tesla for repair recomendations.
