Revert back to Tesla Spotify account

I made the mistake in Spotify, of clicking the log into Spotify button. The screen is now asking for my user name and password. However I don't have a Spotify account. How do I get Spotify to work now? Every time I click on Spotify, it just asks for my login. Tried various ways to get back, but no luck. 'Search' does not work, not does the two button reset. Any ideas

The free version for me only worked for a couple of days.

There is now way to get it back, you'll need a paid Spotify account.

In have had Spotify for last 5 months now, and it has only gone since I clicked the log in button. There must be a way to get back to the Tesla's account

Just deleted and recreated my profile, and that fixed it. Seems a bit of a bodge however
