Tesla Motors Club

I was notified in early October that my Model 3 had been delivered to Tesla of Dedham, MA, but it had to be delivered to my home in RI. In mid-November I was told the car had been delivered to a storage facility in RI, but again, I could not just go pick it up. I still do not have the car. Meanwhile, the federal tax rebate deadline is looming. Does anyone know of a Tesla rep in RI (or elsewhere) that I can contact about this issue? If any Rhode Islanders here have had similar problems, can you please post how you resolved it...or was it just about waiting?
