Right Pillar Camera Blocked or Blinded

This happens to me also. Sometimes one camera, sometimes another. Happens in the morning when there is dew/condensation on the car. Needless to say, I just ignore it. However, what happens in FSD mode? Does the car not move -- "my camera is blocked, whine whine whine, I'm not going to go until you unblock my camera".

It appears that each camera should have a camera heater. For the past several weeks, it was below the dew-point when I left the house at 6:30am. And every morning the car complains about some camera being blocked. For people that live where it actually gets cold, the cameras could be blocked by real ice.

If you are interested, you can remove the filter on the inside of the camera so that air from the AC defroster gets into the camera too. Should clear it faster with that filter gone.

I get it on the left pillar camera on a Model Y but I assume it’s because the left side is darker outside with less surroundings lit so therefore there are less distinguishable objects to observe

Idea: fill it with transparent oil.
Would mess up optics though, but maybe good enough.
I have this on my M3DM, every day. Another issues is that it forms ice in cold weather.

Really sloppy engineering.

This has happened to me on multiple occasions. It usually disappears within a short time.
