Has anybody done some sound deadening to reduce the tire/road noise?
Does anyone know of a shop in the Sacramento area that would attempt such a task?

On some road surfaces the noise in very annoying, on other its hardly there. Unfortunately I'm driving on the bad surfaces a lot.

I took the carpet from my MS and placed it in the trunk and also put a piece of cardboard in the open vent in the rear deck. Noticeable reduction in noise level. The car is quieter than my 85D with carpets.

I didn’t go all out but did get a satisfactory improvement.
