Road tar

They applied tar and gravel to our road. I waited 5 days before driving on it in my 2019 m3 white. Even then, I still have some tar that stuck to the sill. Does this car require a special tar remover or one of the tar removers at our local parts store will work. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Order some tar-x. It's a spray specifically designed to removed things like this off your car. Smells nice too!

70% isopropyl alcohol also works. Just make sure you reapply any wax or ceramic coating to those areas you just touched up.
