Roadster 2.0 air conditioner Blower Motor

    Roadster 2.0 air conditioner blower motor failure. Has anyone replaced the blower motor parts? Please tell me how to replace it.

    Its not really a DIY procedure unless you have the HVAC equipment to evac and recharge the A/C system. It's buried all the way down in the front and requires the removal of a lot of other components.

    I have one but only because the housing got blocked and it filled up with water causing a ground fault. They gave me the waterlogged one back when they found the issue, the SC said it was a good learning experience, that generally means it’s not a fun job, like building character. As ML Auto says, it’s way under the front and everything has to come out to get to it.

    No, I waited 4 months, they were all recalled from Europe and sent to the mothership in CA. They at least had stock so that’s good.
