Got a call saying my Roadster is done, but they are charging it and want to do a couple of other checks before returning it to me tomorrow.

Yeah, that took three days for me... they didn't realize that they didn't even have a Roadster charger at the service center, so they had to order one!Got a call saying my Roadster is done, but they are charging it and want to do a couple of other checks before returning it to me tomorrow.
That is sad...Yeah, that took three days for me... they didn't realize that they didn't even have a Roadster charger at the service center, so they had to order one!
They should buy the Can adapter!Yeah, that took three days for me... they didn't realize that they didn't even have a Roadster charger at the service center, so they had to order one!
Thank you! Several service centers have bought one in a moment of revelation when they suddenly realize they have no way to charge the Roadster that just came in.They should buy the Can adapter!

Every time I visit a Service Center, I recommend that they get a CAN SR. Some listen.
Thanks to ggr reporting that problem earlier, I gave them my Can adapter plus they had my charge cable with the 14-50 adapter to charge my car so that should not have been a problem for me.
On a similar note, I am hoping that my first gen HPC, which will not charge a 2.x Roadster, does not have an issue charging my 1.5 Roaster with the new 3.0 battery pack.. Hopefully I will find out there is no problem today.
I didn't know there was an issue with the earliest HPCs being unable to charge a 2.0/2.5. Could someone post a photo of what the early HPC looks like?On a similar note, I am hoping that my first gen HPC, which will not charge a 2.x Roadster, does not have an issue charging my 1.5 Roaster with the new 3.0 battery pack.. Yes, I would assume that is the fifth one that was made based on the "TSN", Tesla Serial Number.I think I got the 5th 3.0 battery for 1.5 Roadsters.
I only ran my first gen Tesla HPC for a few minutes, but there appears to be no issues with it charging the new 3.0 battery.
I have a CAN SR and will test it out after my 3.0 battery install on July 5-6. But I can't imagine why it wouldn't work, the charge port will be unchanged and the pilot signal won't be changed.Do you have the Can Sr to test? Love to make sure it works after the update to Roadster 3.
