If you ever remove the hard top ( which I just might do someday) you can coat the gasket surfaces etc with silicone spray. You could try injecting the spray anywhere where two surfaces are rubbing together.

Good idea but unfortunately lots of people have tried it without success. Lubricants, whether dry silicone or otherwise, usually only work for a short time to quiet the hard top. I'm not sure why. I've found that new foam pads over the roll bar once a year and Teflon tape along the strip that meets the gasket works fairly well.
