C'mon, TEG - only two more posts, and you'll have 2400 of them.
Saw this photo a little while back. It's odd what they choose to include and not. What's that circular component floating on the driver's side under the hood (or perhaps dash)? Doesn't really look like the brake booster. Is it the fan for the HVAC system?
This overhead image makes it appear like it's part of the steering system.
Me thinks power brake vacuum booster.
The object in the lower right of this picture:
My guess: Tesla coil with which to smite your enemies.
Boy, don't I wish that was available as an option! I may just have to add my own - I don't really need all of that trunk space anyway.
I guess it is the brake booster (sans the master cylinder). Given what else is missing, I'm curious as to why it's there at all. Then again, we don't know the purpose for this particular picture.
The decisions of what to show are many. Like what is the milk bottle in the center and is that a big book behind it?
I think the "book" is the back of the stereo and the airbox feeding the vents on the dash above.
I think the "bottle" is just the outline of the sides of the seats.
