I'm still trying to figure out how Tesla manages supercharger information.
The Rochester, NH SC was recently out of service for 2+ weeks. That showed up appropriately in the Navigation and on the App.
A few days ago it came back online. I went over this weekend to test it. Two Tesla owners were pissed because they had to try 3-4 stalls before they could find one that works. I live locally so I didn't end up charging anyway, but at least I got to talk to them. They said the 4 stalls "on the left side of the 8" were functioning. Both the App and Nav said 8 were available to use.
How is information relayed to Tesla when stations are having issues? I'm not aware that there are ever out of order signs on the stalls either.
