Roof rack - Tow hitch?

Did anyone catch if the Model Y will have the ability for a roof rack or tow hitch?

There appears to be a hitch receiver cover at the end of Daerik's ride-along video.
No mention of roof rack anywhere, but seeing as the Model 3 has one, and now the Model S panoramic roof has inherited the same Model 3 roof rack system, and the Y has the same panoramic glass roof as the S, and has 75% of the same parts as the 3 .... you get the point. There's no reason it would be left out.

It should support either. There are no Falcon Wing rear doors like on an X that kill the roof rack.

I am worried about the roof profile and use of a roof rack.
I need to transport skis and a family of 5 with weekend luggage, using a roof box. As most Norwegians do...

A flatter roof profile to accommodate a box will probably increase drag, but with a roof box drag is ruined anyway, so can't see that it is a compromise.

Suggestion for Tesla: make the roof flat with fix points, then make a drop shaped fake box to put on top of the roof to lower drag and increase range. Premium extra price.

They have a rack for the 3 now. If they can keep it in stock.
Probably means it can only be put in at fixed points for the Y like the three.

I've been watching for the M3 roof rack past 3 weeks but its still out of stock...

Imgine that both Tesla and the aftermarket will produce roof racks for the Model Y. Might take a bit, but they have some for the Model 3 already.

As far as a tow hitch, pictured have already shown a vanity panel on the rear bumper that suggests they are making plans for a tow hitch. Super important for the European market.

I’m picking up at three next week and I desperately need to have racks. Does anybody know of any solutions out there since Tesla seems to be perpetually out of stock?
