Yeah, none on mine either. Which is a little weird for an expensive item. Heck, they sent me a tracking number for a usb cable.

Ordered then Cancelled. Hopefully one of you guys got it! Opted to use the 2nd cars hitch and Bike rack instead of this $500 set of bars.

Over 48 hours since I received my shipping confirmation (which I received twice in a row), but still no tracking information. Just replied to the email and asked how I can get a tracking number.

Racks arrived today, two days after notification and never a tracking number.

Mounted up really easily. The welds on the hook bolts are much improved with no gaps. Threads are also longer, and plastic end caps more sturdy. Worth the wait for gen 2 design.

Anyone know what Tesla charges to install this? They’re sending a mobile tech to install my spoiler on Monday.

Now that the racks appear to be available in North America and some European countries, has anyone road-tested them with bikes on?
We don't even have an online store for France yet but are hoping some racks will arrive with the next ship.

Car arrived in France, racks a couple of days later. All installed and tested with two bikes. Work fine and seem solid enough.
Now I have a proper, practical vehicle.
